Role Description
This is a remote role for a Senior Scientific Customer Liaison / Independent Sales Agent. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, building strong relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing strategic insights to address customer needs. Responsibilities will include serving as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing questions or concerns, analyzing customer feedback, and working collaboratively with the internal team to improve customer experiences. Additionally, this role requires identifying sales opportunities, sharing relevant product knowledge, and promoting solutions aligned with our cutting-edge offerings.

Qualifications
Strong skills in Customer Liaison and creating positive Customer Satisfaction experiences
Proficient in Communication and Customer Service to engage effectively with clients
Excellent Analytical Skills to assess customer needs and provide strategic solutions
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Graduate (Ph.D) / Postdoctoral experience in life sciences or a related field is highly desirable
Sales experience or entrepreneurial interests in a scientific or technical domain is a plus
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
Strong networker and communicator
Compensation
This is a non-salary commission-based independent agent position, assessed on a monthly basis.
