Kit contents

The GasPack kit comprises six mini CO₂ cartridges for gas-supply replacement.

Installation

Load a cartridge into the CultureON 100 system by:

1. Accessing the cartridge port at the rear of the unit.
2. Centering the cartridge and twisting slowly for smooth engagement.
3. Continuing until resistance indicates the seal has been punctured.
4. Twisting snugly — do not over-tighten with tools.
5. Confirming the cartridge is secure with no gas leakage.

Usage

Compatibility: CultureON 100 systems only.

Replacement frequency: Leave the cartridge in place when the system is inactive. Replace when low-gas alerts occur during regular use.

Disposal: All cartridges are recyclable steel.

Troubleshooting

• Verify cartridge compatibility if installation fails.
• Confirm full insertion and seal breakage if gas levels don’t increase.
• Check incubator closure and system settings.
• Contact support if issues persist.
